Kona Commons is the first phase of a multi-phased project being developed by MK Kona Commons LLC, a joint development of The MacNaughton Group & Kobayashi Group; located at the intersection of the newly widened Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway and Makaala Boulevard.

Scope and Scale:
127,500 s.f. retail center on a 10 acre parcel home to the following new retailers to The Big Island: Sports Authority, Circuit City, Petco, Vitamin Shoppe, and many more national and local Tenants.
